Gorée Institute organised two BRIDGE trainings in 2009 for West African CSOs working in electoral processes. In 2009, around 41 experts in electoral processes from all over West Africa received a BRIDGE training on Gorée Island.2011 and 2012 being critical years for democracy and electoral processes in West Africa, Gorée Institute has decided to continue building the capacities of actors who will play a key role in these processes.
Gorée Institute has decided to organise a BRIDGE training in English from April 19th to April 23rd 2010. About eleven (11) West African CSOs working in electoral processes will be invited by Gorée Institute to take part in this training.
